During our market in Clarksville, TN we met up with Marietta, 7, who had a great booth that attracted a lot of attention with her wheel of discounts and prizes.
What do you do for your business?
“I make scrunchies and fidget keychains, and we decorated slime containers and have ring pops and other small things. I decided to do this because I really love business because I love to go to Walmart and Target. I love when my parents take me there because I get sugar and stuff.”
What is a challenge you have faced in your business?
“The hardest thing was when some customers gave me $20 for a $6 thing and I had to make change!”
What is your advice for other kid entrepreneurs?
“Slow and steady wins the race!’
Thanks for chatting with us, Marietta! We wish you the best of luck with your business!
