*I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable. No exceptions.

*I agree to move my car to the designated parking spot after unloading supplies.
*I agree that I will not interact with customers, i.e., answer questions, take orders, handle food or money.
*I understand that children cannot sell on adults behalf.
*I understand that bartering is not allowed.
*I understand it’s my responsibility to check the website for a possible cancellation due to inclement weather.
Weather Policy
The market will happen rain or shine unless there’s an 80% or greater prediction of SEVERE weather. A decision WILL ONLY BE POSTED IF IT IS CANCELED by 2pm the day prior to the market, on the Facebook Event and the website market page. If canceled, there are no refunds, the market will not be rescheduled, and the registration fee cannot be applied to another market.
Release and Liability
*I release Libertas Institute and its sponsors and the property owner of the venue from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during our participation in this event. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I agree to hold them entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Libertas Institute or venue owners for any reason. I will also make every effort to participate in a safe manner.
*I grant to Libertas Institute the right to take photographs of me, my booth, and my children in connection with our participation in this event. I authorize Libertas Institute to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that they may use such photographs of me, my booth, and my children with or without our names and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
